Shipwreck in a Skillet

This is what we had for supper tonight.
I called it Shipwreck in a Skillet. It may not look pretty, but it's quick, healthy, economical, and tasty. Here is what I did:
preheat a skillet on medium heat
crumble ground beef into the skillet
add a bit of onion and garlic
dice 3 carrots and add to the skillet; stir
dice 2 tomatoes, add to the skillet with 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
peel and dice 3 red potatoes
layer the potatoes and a pint of green beans, drained,
on top of the hamburger mixture
put the lid on and simmer for 10 minutes
place the skillet on the table and let stand for 5 minutes
call the family to sit at the table
sprinkle shredded cheese on top
serve Shipwreck in a Skillet to a hungry family
